:D I've booked myself in for this Qi Gong afternoon workshop on Saturday 28th Feb in Mile End. I remember Kate was a great believer in Qi Gong, so I want to find out more about it. Anyone else? It's just a hop, skip & a jump from Bethnal Green Tube.

Well, it's been a funny old day.

I left home at 1.15pm, thinking I would get there half an hour early, so could have a cup of coffee before it started. Road works at Liverpool Street  had to find where the bus left from  then it had to do a massive detour  there was an Islamic demonstration that had Bethnal Green totally backed up  outcome: I got there 15 minutes late!

After two hours of doing exercises I suddenly got the runs  and had to visit the toilet 3 times in the next hour! Talk about an instant healing crisis!! Then I had to get off the tube at West Ham to find a toilet urgently (there wasn't one & a tube-person let me use the staff toilet!!) and then I just got home in time before an accident!!!!! Whew. It's all stopped now!

So if you suffer from constipation - I definitely recommend Qi Gong!

Glad you're enjoying running around London, Thais.

Even happier that you've stopped for a bit. :D

I've just signed up for a 6-week free Qi Gong course, just a few minutes' walk from my place! :)
I'm hoping it won't have the same effect as the last one!! :lol!: But if it does, at least I'm closer to home!

Only a few minutes walk should be a very few seconds at the trot.

OOer!

I am glad that you have been able to find the time between your healing crises to post here.

The best of luck!
