I'm debating with myself whether to go or not to this one - The Art of Extreme Self Care.

I see she mentions "the gift of aging". I also notice that it's always people who have not aged yet who seem to think old age is a gift!! :? I wonder what they will really think when it starts to happen to them!!

You've still got a few hours to make your decision, Helen. :)

I think aging is a gift because of all the experience gained as one does it BUT extreme old age isn't.

Did you go to that talk Helen?

by the way, on her website I noticed a pic of her with Louise Hay.... whose health books I love. Is it my imagination or is Louise Hay looking more like Joan Rivers these days!

Timothy Freke is a splendid talker and a very pleasant man. We met him earlier this year and were very impressed with him.

Go and enjoy! :D

I have to say, I wasn't terribly impressed, Paul.
It was all a matter of semantics really.
I'm sure others liked it though.

Viv, if you're going to the Alternatives winter solstice celebration on Monday night 17th, I'll see you there! :D

I don't even know if you look in here these days though.
