Meditation & Chant
A day dedicated to the Self, and self development, using different meditation techniques to suit all tastes, and chanting as an aid to ‘getting in the zone’. A relaxing & pleasant few hours, some will be performed outdoors, weather permitting. Come & join us!
Fee: £50.00 – a vocational workshop.
