Thanks for all your good wishes and jokes???

We are back and when I've downloaded 278 photos I'll paste a few for your delectation.

Driving in Tuscany was hazardous as the Italians treat stop signs as "only stop if there is no way you can possibly squeeze into the traffic" (I understand that this is tame compared with the South of Italy where red traffic signals are ignored  ).

And for those interested - What was it doing when we went to Pisa? You've guessed it - Pisa-ing down!

Thanks Paul, oooh I love viewing people's travel photos. :D
Have long wanted to visit these places but never been.
what a shame that it rained for you. apartment looks lovely.
The leaning tower looks so small !! I had no idea, I've never seen it in context with the building next to it  it looks even smaller when compared with the ice cream
good to see Gill, how is she lately? hoping her health probs have settled down. x

Loved the photos - thank you for sharing.

The silver faced sea shell was unusual - and the big face - very very big.

The apartment looked fab too.

Lovely pics. I definitely want to go to Tuscany now. Siena's calling me, probably won't make it until next year though. :(

Hoping to go to Seville in October though :D
