What about the Tibetan Buddhist Monastery, Samye Ling, at Eskdalemuir, Scotland.

See here for details.

Hello Thais, hello Paul (sounds a bit like the Waltons eh!)

I've been around and about but my attentions to now have mostly been on salsa (dancing not the food!). I still very much am into salsa but have decided that everyone needs a bit of me time occasionally too?

It's been quite a year with my DS - who seems to be settling down a bit now. DD has also just finished uni and has - luckily, found a job, so i can breathe a bit now.

I had been comtemplating a dance holiday, but that is not a bit relaxing although it does release feel good endorphins! I've also just had a few days lazing on the beach in Kalamata (Greece). Whilst there i decided to look after myself a bit better if I am to continue to help other people - which I can't do if frazzled.

Your retreat looks fantastic Thais so am off to look at that now.

Love and light

Christina
