I get gut gurgling (that sounds like a tongue-twister, she sells seashells) when I have shiatsu and other therapies, but this was different, it did feel like my intestines were re-arranging themselves! by the way I don't have any gut problems that I'm aware of, and neither did I experience what my friend predicted after the workshop "maybe you are going to have a big clear-out, a major evacuation"!
haha
:microwave: :onfire:

(edit) PS oh great, trust me to start a new page by bringing it down to very earthy levels!
(edit 2) PPS haha I just made myself laugh when I read over my new post about Kent's Cavern on Torquay thread - talk of 'movement' and 'wind rushing through the chamber'. The subconscious connection is a wonderful thing. :lol!:

Many treatments have a bowel accompaniment.

It is not unusual for the vibrations of the gongs to have strange but healing effects on various parts of the body - so don't poo-poo it. ;)

Off to the Rollright Stones tomorrow for some gonging with some friends. They Rollrights are holding a family fum day with gonging, story telling, dowsing and 'much more'.

I remember with great happiness the day several of us (Helen, Arfa and a few more from HH) spent dowsing the Rollrights Circle (known as The King's Men) and the Whispering Knights. :D

It was a great day. There were telescopes for every one to look at Venus and the sun, a girl who made clay didgeridoos (amazing), dowsing demonstrations for people to take part in and much more. We gave three long gong baths and in between allowed parents and children to play the gongs under close supervision. It was lovely - until - just as we were leaving, Gill gave one of our lot a hug, went to turn round and tripped over a bag of sand someone had just placed there [from the kids' sand pit] and fell and broke her wrist.

We spent a very painful (for her) 4 hours in Warwick Hospital A & E and she has her left arm in plaster and appointments at the Fracture Clinic. :( We have been able to cancel our holiday, booked for the end of this week, without charge and I am having to help dress and undress her and do most of the chores. It is the Universe telling her to slow down.

Bummer, Paul. I hope Gill has a speedy recovery. Was it her dominant hand?

Oh poor Gill!! :( These things happen when least expected, don't they?! Wishing her a speedy recovery, Paul.

Thanks, Lynn, so do I.

I am having a crash course in back-combing

AND having to help dress her - not the usual thing for a chap to do.
